Jordan Lovinger
I'm a multi-instrumentalist based in Colorado. As a guitarist, I'm rooted in R&B, neo-soul, and jazz — focused on sophisticated comping, rich harmony, and tasteful soloing. As a bassist, the six-string is my staple. I'm known as one of Colorado's most prominent slap bassists, having led a Marcus Miller tribute at Dazzle in 2025. As a vocalist and singer-songwriter, I bring country, folk, and Americana to intimate settings — guitar and voice, telling stories through song.
I lead Chick Magnet (Chick Corea tribute), play bass in Phooey (6-piece psychedelic funk), and guitar in Blackhole Boogie Band (jazz fusion horn band, signed with PS Audio). I also produce lo-fi music as Groove Mountains.
